This is a simple and economic cutting
solution prepared to cut rigid and
semi-rigid materials, whether in rolls or
sheets. |
It has all the advantages of a CNC machine,
like material and labour savings. The
cutting speed can reach 60 punches per
minute. Its main limitation however is that
it is impossible to automatically change the
die direction between casts (this condition
may reduce the performance in some
situations that do not affect the 3 axis
CNC). |
We propose 2 models with cutting potentials
of 25
and 45 tonnes. |
Material feeding is based on an automatic
material feed system in rolls that advance
the material when required. |
The cut is carried out on the polypropylene
sheet which automatically as configured by
the user. This system increases its useful
life by avoiding repeated stamping in the
same place, which is a great help in
maintaining cut quality. |

With these systems it is possible to
establish three types of cutting
configurations and
choose quickly depending on the dies
being used for the cut. The push-buttons are
ergonomically located to allow the operator
to select the right force at all times. |
The longest movement-route is automatically
adjusted, the operator can adjust the
movement taking the material thickness and
the final cutting height into account. |
The "C" code indicates that they are models
made to new design criteria, lighter than
the traditional ones, however, they deliver
the same cutting power. |
